How long will my order take to arrive?
To serve you better, your order may be shipped from one of our distribution centers.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Spain usually takes 3–7 business days, while deliveries to other European countries may take 5–10 business days.
Please note that during peak periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

What if I want to return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided that it is unopened and in its original condition.
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened consumable products unless they are faulty or damaged.
